so is there any one else fitted one in a astra bay i no the one iv got was fitted to a zaffy same bay as the astra then put in mr pots vectra i no evocarlos mate jon got one but any one else ??

I have seen your one fitted in the zafira, it was tight. Think the aircon has to go and you will need to move a few things out the way.

Fit the manifold to the head before fitting the new engine, it was a tight fit, especially undoing the six bolts at the flange

thanks vocky year fuel lines need moving and aircon already been removed going to take the flexy off the bottom and straight pipe it to the centre section
