Yea it is, but these vectras dont seem to hold their value at all.

I was surprised it struggled to reach 800 in auction.

Hopefully worth more in parts than complete. My brother also has an Sri, some parts will go towards that.

I was going to sell my coupe before Carl did my chain and was only offered £500
It's a shame people break nice cars because you get get more for the bits

I was offered the same as well, than finally sold for £770. Than let down by buyer.

08 plate vectras sell for as little £1400 on ebay.

Is it the vectra c's that have the two part equal length drive shaft? If so how much just for the drivers side complete?

i'm not sure, i'll find out and get back to you.

From checking online, I think only the v6 and GSI came with equal length drive shafts.

If you could check that would be sound, I've looked on eBay and they list quite a few from the 2.2 engines

they do come with the equal length shafts but the outer cv dont fit the astra g hubs 🙁

Is it just a case of swapping a cv joint over to the Astra's then it's fine? Is the Z22YH the same bracket?

outer astra cv are press fit and the vectra are clipped ive not manged to get the end off an astra one yet and i think the track of the vectra is slightly wider

You sure? I swapped a outer cv joint on the Astra a while back it has a circlip and I replaced it with a spare calibra one I had, I can shorten the shaft by moving the circlip groove in and removing the excess off the end, that's what I do for the calibra equal length shafts to fit the corsa

@[deleted]. i think it would be a lot cheaper to buy the Driveshaft from ebay. They're £20 delivered.

A lot cheaper than me, as courier will charge around £13.
