Seeking - full Z22 se engine block and head

The head gasket appears to have gone on my 2002 vectra cdx, i cant bring myself to scrap it so am looking to repair it. The current engine has done 104,000 so thinking it might be worth just getting a new one... Any information or recommended places to get one from would be appreciated!

has it been confirmed 100% to be the head gasket ? as there not normally know to go on the 2.2
more likely to be waterpump if you have water in the oil

the head can bee repaired quite cheaply and a block can be bought from ebay
you could also buy a full working engine from ebay and have it delivered but then have to fit new chains as the history would be unknown
