Key problem or Ecu?

Hi guys!

I have some problem,
I both a car with out ecu, so now i both one ecu and keys from 2005 its was fited on z22yh, but i have 2006 facelift (i dont know if that matter)

I change the key transponder and installed the ecu,

But the car wont start, nothing is happend, i have f code (wrong transponder)

Do i need more things to change?

Have you changed the CIM and programmed the ECU to the car?

Key and Ecu and CIM , but still the key is flashing in dashboread, i have try this "kit " on other car its working to 100% i know that.

I took the key, cim and Ecu, that is programmed to other car, and put it on my car, and its not working, do i need to programmed to the car?

The cim ECU and other modules need coding together. Think of it like the car has over 22 separated ECU's, many of them need to talk to each other and are coded to each other. You'll need something like opcom to get it working I would have thought. The vectra electrics are more computer like than the traditional car electrics. I'd seek some advice from someone like Andy Lamb @ vx mods, he fully understands the workings of the canbus electrics in your car and can program your modules in with Vx tech2

It will still need some programming work done with diagnostics equipment
I think the key flashing means it is immobilised

There's all sorts, bcm rec ucm. When you take a second hand module out like ECU or cim you have to divorse it from the donor car. If it still thinks it belongs to the other car you'll never get it to work. Its nothing like older cars. The way newer cars like the Vec c are plugged together is a nightmare
