Now you can hear a faint tapping continuously, its not bad but it is there and the engine management light has now come on.
I am pretty sure i activated the tensioner as i had topush it in hard while i screwedit up and i heard it rest on the guide.
Am thinking its maybe a cracked manifold (which might cause thelambda sensor o mis read and put the management light on).
Or someting more serious like timing out or tappets gone, but it all looked good when it went back together!
