Jethro101 joined up the other day and only just got round to saying hello..from Weston super mare,currently have a astra 2.2 sri which will need a new timing chain very soon as it has become very noisy over the past week or so..
Jethro101 yup that's the one...just trying to take all the info in on here,so much I didn't realise you could do with the z22 engine and had no idea that the saab ones would fit my car..
Dave_Gilbert yeh supercharging is the best option but i cant do mine cos its to clever in a vectra c but works fine in the astra, talk to carl about balance shaft delete wile hes there doing the chains, i wish i had mine done when he did mine.
Jethro101 yeah I will do..do you think it would be a good idea to change the water pump when the chains get done or is it something that doesn't really need doing ?
