Astra shark eye/xenon headlights

To those that have these fitted, what's the light output like compared to standard headlights? I am thinking about buying some but had xenons on my Vectra which were quite frankly, shit, and want to avoid making the same mistake more than once!

mine have 55w 8000k d2s bulbs in there good i do like the clean light over the yellow

Hmm I may need my lights adjusted as new headlights point beam into the ground lol

yes i was quite lucky with these its just a bit low on the drivers side

best bet is take it to your local mot center and pay them to set them up 🙂 its far to hard to get it bang on at home

@[deleted] side note there is 2 allen key or philips head adjusters on top for up and down and left to right 🙂

I'll have a look over the weekend bud, will the adjusters be near the fixing points on the headlights?

yeah on the top theres one under the rubber bung

my new lights were facing the sky I used a plastic garden table and adjusted the Allen keys and mine are perfect.. The top adjuster is up and down and the one in the corner by the indicator is side to side

was the plastic table just a little to big to fit in the allen key bolt hole ? 🙂

sorry mate I've just got to swanage and the vans tucked up till Monday But that one in the pic is not the one you want to adjust I doubt it anyway but there's a rubber bung on the slam panel if you take that off there's one under there which does the up and down
