You wont get it to run mate, the Vec C 2.2 ecu isnt the same as the other ECU's in cars with the 2.2. I spoke to Courtenay sport about a Supercharged conversion (something they do quite a bit of for the 2.2) on the Vec C and they said it was a no, all down to the ECU so you deffo wouldn't be able to get a turbo conversion going properly. I've been in the Vec C forums for nearly 10 years and no one has ever even put a different Vec C engine in a Vec. Sure they have replaced like for like but never upgraded.
Sure a stand alone ECU would run it but in the Vec C all the ECU's (Modules) are linked to each other and communicate with each other (Cambus) and there are something like 22 separate Modules. You'll probable post on the Vectra forums and you'll get the same knobs telling you to just buy a 2.0T because its cheaper or saying whats the point..... Well the point is because you want to and life would be boring if we were all the same, but in this case buddy you honestly wont get it to happen.
Now if you had a Astra or Vectra B 2.2...........................
