just joined up on the site, thought id say hello. I'm Andy and i have a 2002 Vectra B 2.2 SRi 150. I've had it 11 months now and its been great up until a few weeks ago when it broke down on the motorway while on our way to having a few days away. sadly, 5 hours after setting off we got home on the back of a recovery lorry.
This happened right on top of a house move so as yet i still haven't been able to find out whats happened or how i'm going to go about fixing it as it looks like chain failure! So i'm not expecting to have an easy time getting it back on the road but for now i'm getting around in a very nice 'Borrowed' Omega 2.2 CD auto. (so it's not all sad)
I came across this site while trying to do a bit of research on the 2.2 engine as although i've been playing with vauxhall's for years this engine is new ground for me so i'm hoping you guys will be able to help me along the way to getting a poorly car sorted and back on the road.
