so after a 5 hour shift at work 5-10am had @[deleted] pop round to have his chains done on his tidy titan gold coupe 🙂

need to go to sleep now lol heres some pics
the crank pulley was forced on with the key out of alignment
this damaged the crank pulley and the oil pump case
because the key was bent the sprockets were stuck on
also the balancer tensioner had failed
had to file down the key and pull the sprocket off
nearly there
the broken key was discarded and a new one fitted
with full new chains
the hole for the front rail bolt had the bolt snapped and then drilled but was unrepairable
i went with an m12 bolt cut to suit then drilled the plug and welded them together
diy repair plug 🙂
car was finished then rebuilt with the new chain fresh oil
all running sweet
and another satisfied customer 🙂
