spring advice wanted please

hi guys. coupe is running koni shocks and eibach springs. i was told that the springs are diesal spec and are a 30mm drop, the car sits nose hi and could do with coming down another 20mm. am i right in thinking that the derv springs are the same load spec as the 2.0 and the 2.2? cheers jp

hmm thats interesting, would of expected the 1.6 so have a lessers spec spring compared to the rest. cheers for the info carl

Do the oil burner ones are a higher spring load to cope with the extra engine weight compared to the rest of the line up. The 2.2 DTI is a big old engine compared to the petrol versions.

yeh well this what i wanted to find out. the car handles grate but is to high for me, im running 215 40 18s and want it sat just above the tyres so trying to work out what springs i have and to what spec then i can work out how much to lower. dont want it sat on its arse again.looked good tho but didnt handle well.
