Basically on the graph, the blue curve is the bhp, and the red one is lb/ft for the torque.
The X axis (left hand site) shows the power in bhp, the Y axis (bottom) shows the rev range in rpm, and the Z axis (right hand side) shows the torque figure. The lines are then plotted showin what power/torque figure is at each rpm increment.
