yeah if you can remove them from under the cam with 2 finger without effort then theres bent valves
if you have say 6 bent inlet valves you will need 6 valve guides and 6 inlet valves
tbf the exhaust valve guides don't crack as easy as there recessed in the alloy but if the valves are bent then they will need replacing
a headgasket and some head bolts are next on the shopping list 🙂
i repaired 2 now with bent valves one with a snapped chain and 6 bent valves and one with a jumped chain and 8 bent inlet valves
the parts can be bought quite cheap if you look in the right places 🙂
