Zafira A Z22SE

Hey Guys,

There are tons of informations in this forum. But I still need some infos.

I want to do some small things (for now) with my Z22SE (got the OK from my better half):

Vectra C inlet pipe:

Does anybody know if it fits on the Zafira A?
Part numbers:

Main Pipe 9177099
Adaptor to Airbox 9177104

derestricting the air box (K&N filter akready inside which gave a noticable difference):

Seems to be easy.

ported throttle body

Don't have the tools to do that, anybody could help perhaps? 🙂

precat removal

Seems to be easy also.

exhaust manifold

The one from the Z20net should fit,
so that is fine.

I don't think the Vectra C pipe is available anymore. You could try the Astra VXR pipe. That "should" fit, as it fits the Astra.

Jepp. Found another one from the Astra H CDTI I think. Somebody mentioned it in the vectra c pipe thread. That's already been done 🙂
Airbox is already derestricted also.

I am sure it is.... I only brought mine about 6 months ago?

Might be remaining stock, but I'm sure I read on here and other places they were no longer available?

I'll check next week at the dealers to see if they can still get them.

I heard the same on other forums also, most went for the VXR one now if have seen the odd one on eBay a ridiculous but it now price.

Just did some things on the car in the last weeks 🙂 New rocker cover, ported T/B thanks too @[deleted] , cleaned the engine, new oil etc etc 😃
MOT passed without any problem 😃

Anybody knows how to get the plastik back in a good shape?
