Z22se inlet manifold

Hi all was wondering if anyone has any info steps on how to remove inlet manifold on my vectra c 2.2 z22se engine want to give it all a good clean any help? Thanks

it's quite easy, just remove the throttle body, unclip the MAP sensor, remove the egr pipe, disconnect the brake servo vacuum hose from the side of the manifold next to the oil filter and finally remove the seven M6 bolts and it's pretty much off. No coolant hoses to worry about on the z22se 🙂

found it easier than the exhaust manifold

remember the clips attaching the loom to the underneath of the manifold

Ok thanks for that mikes that's what wanted to make sure as there looks like a lot to disconnect before will come out lol

and the ecu either unbolt it or unplug it 🙂
1 x 6mm pin on the dipstick tube

also the 2 upper 6mm studs from the head will need to be removed
spot the diffrence 🙂 (i took the battery and tray out for fitting the charger so you dont need to do that bit 🙂)
