cracked head help

I'm hoping to hear from anyone who may have used k-seal or similar to fix the cracked head prob when over-tightening the plugs.
mainly how long did it last & did anyone manage to change the plugs without the crack opening up again.

Thanks but i dont have the spare money at the mo so this could give me an idea of how long i'll have to save up for.
Alternatively if the k-seal will survive a plug change then i'd be happy to live with it like that.

Well the k-seal hasn't sealed it completely & i've had to empty the plughole twice since using it.
So much for permanently sealing like it says on the bottle!
