2.2 fuel regulator 08 vectra petrol

Any one got a fully working fuel regulator for a 2008 2.2 Vectra design petrol, Cheers ajn

When plugged in regulator works untill over so many revs then limp mode unplug it and its runs ok with a slight miss worse when cold the car is used for my taxi been like it for a few week

I take it the car goes into limp mode at about 2500-3000 rpm or when you put your foot down? If so that sounds like the HP pump, its a very common fault on the 2.2 direct.

Silent recall so do I just email my local Vauxhall and explain the problem and say Im aware of a recall with this model Vectra and see what happens its on 136000 miles cheers ajn

The Fuel reg was on the silent recall but they never admitted a fault with the HP pump they only superseded it with a Continental version. I spoke to a guy yesterday who also approached his dealer about the Reg and they said its not running any more? Fingers crossed as I know the service provided differs from dealer to dealer.

Yeah Ive got an email saying my car was in sometime 2010 also had a message from Vauxhall left on my house phone saying ring them back ajn
