I'm having a clear out of stuff I no longer need and came across this ...
It's a Sealey tool for counter-holding the crank pulley whilst you undo/tighten the crankshaft pulley bolt - which is F-tight.
I've only every used it twice - once for undoing and once for tightening, so it's in prefect condition.
From memory I paid around £50-60 back in 2007, so I've no idea what's it's worth.
Does £30 delivered (mainland UK) sound reasonable?
