After market replacement chains

I'v just bought my car so first job of 2014 is to replace the chain's are after market kits any good or not.
obviously I know the gm kit's are probably the best option but I could do with saving a few quid as buying the car ate all my dosh.

gm main chain then FAI balancer chain 🙂 and same the z22se shop is best for the latest spec parts and prices
with ebay you could be getting old stock 🙂
the fai are both tried and tested they get my vote and ive fitted both gm and fai for people with no complaints

cheers fellas. how long dose it take to do the job?

takes me about 4 hrs to do both chains from start to finish with tea breaks lol.if its your first time anywhere between 4-6 hrs

depends on the car, astra/Vectra 3-4 hours vx220 abit longer and if your as mad as me over a day with the corsa as its engine out job!
