Anyone in Glasgow / Central Scotland that would fit timing chain on 2.2 Astra Sri?

I'm not a mechanic but feel my car is too good to break up, it drives fine but idling or stopping at lights and it chugs as if its gasping for air. Replaced crank sensor but thinking it could be the chain. Was running fine then lay for a while and the the problem started. Just looking for someone who knows easily how to do it and would do it for a reasonable price if i bought the parts. It's done 132,000 miles but drives like half the miles.
