Hi. I read in a car mag once (not a Vaux one) that if you haven't kicked the modifying habit by the time you're 30, then there's no hope for you!
Well I'm 33 and there is no sign/want to stop. In fact, I think I'll be modding to the grave. If I had a new 458 Ferrari I'd be wanting to get the sickist rims and exhaust for the holy grail, I'm not sure what it is- I just can't leave a car alone.
So anyway, I've just inherited my Mums cabrio which she has had from new. Funny to think this car was £23K when new.
I was disappointed when she got the 2.2 and not the turbo but over the years and experience of seeing how unreliable the turbo is in comparison to the z22se, I'm now glad.
Not sure if there's many on here from Devon but I live in Exmouth. I saw this forum and took an instant liking, quite simple and not too much going on to confuse my little brain!
Hopefully gonna add some stuff to the Astra and share on here.
