Audi Cleaned

Cleaned the Audi today.

The Autoglym Lifeshine kit they applied is holding up well so far. Lots of beading and a nice finish to the paint work.

Had to use the remainder of the IronX on the wheels as there was a load of contamination on the insides of them, and the Megs Hot Rims wouldn't touch it.

It started to rain as I was hoovering the interior, so didn't manage to take any.

The IronX did a really good job on the wheels. The insides were a bit of a mess, but this has got rid of 99% of the contamination. I just didn't have enough left in the bottle to give them a really good soaking. Will be ordering some more though now.

Looks really well, nice beading as well.

It was hard to capture the beading in the low light, and it was just the remains of the dew from it going dark and a bit colder. Beads up really well when it's been raining.

I think I'm going to get some AG HD as I was impressed with it on your car at PVS.

mine got snow foamed yesterday and its now beading up again 8 weeks after putting the HD wax on need to do a proper wash tho

Just reading some threads on a good wax / LSP to use over the winter months over on detailingworld, and Collinite 845 seems to get a lot of good reviews. Might invest in some of that and a couple of new MF cloths.
