vx-chris Right then boys I've just noticed a slight oil leak on the chain side of the engine. It seems to be just below the cam cover near the back. It's had new chain cover and cam cover gaskets when Carl did the chains. So any ideas chaps?
vx-chris Bloody picture Carl I've just got out of hospital lol I think its above the water pump cover and its on the chain side of the engine and not the back so I didn't think it would be the tensioner. I'll go out and take a pick in a minute
vx-chris Not the best picture but looking again I think its coming from the cam cover so I might just get a new gasket and swap it over
evocarlos it do look like the cam cover them alloy ones were always a pain to get sealed once they been off 🙂
vx-chris I might just use that instant gasket that we had to bloody scrap out. That will seal the bugger lol
steve2761 that deffo looks like cam cover to me,had a slight loss myself in same area exhaust cam corner.
