Got a 2002 plate Vectra B. She's an estate in black but the paint finish has been neglected (previous owner = company car).

Gradually getting the pearlescent finish to show, but tons of elbow grease and sweat. May get her mopped and the engine bay steam cleaned for her birthday 😃

Oh yeah she's called the black pearl. Corny I know, but the wife picks the names, so there y go rofl..

That sound a nice car there Phil, I kno wthe colour as I had a 2002 1.8 Astra SRi in midnioght black pearl.

It looks great in full sunlight whenit's clean, but keeping it streak free and shiney is a real pain, worth it tho. Good luck with her.

I would have had another Astra except I need more boot space... Had an Astra GTE on a C plate from new, what a fast motor 😃 A head turner if ever there was one, especially the digital dash, probably my fave motor to this day.
