after looking at the break kit i thought i would throw one side on
a boot clip i reused was not happy so put a brand new one on
the zzp caliper bracket was the same as the factory hole centers on the caliper side
bit of a difference in the disc size
took an old rear hub and bolted the disc to the wheel to check clearances
loads of room 🙂
the extension bracket needed modding bottom hole was not in line
caliper with 321mm disc this was just to check it was in the right place for the caliper and the wheel missed the caliper
disc had the rear lip removed to miss the hub carrier
no lathe so did the hub in a vice trick lol
notched the extension bracket
clamped it to a mk4 caliper carrier and drilled the 2nd hole elongated then bolted it on
nice!
after using some washer to space the caliper it was smack bang in the middle of the pads
need to fit the holding bolt it was an ass to get one wheel bolt started when the wheel went on
i think it fills the wheel very nicely
and the clearance was fine with the et37 twintops
