swapped the cs plastic pulley for a gm metal one that i can change the bearing if i need to 🙂

going to wire in the watermeth pump to the towbar elecs 🙂 all i have to do is fit a relay and a fuse

the fuse was already in place i just swapped it to a 15 amp ready fro the pump

There cruise control lamps aren't they, lol, something I don't think you'll ever need, lol.

right hand side is auto box error and warning
left hand side is auto leveling that's functional as i put the system in 🙂
the cruse control lamp dont function on the 2.2 as its done in the ecu and not a cable lock solenoid

Aaaaa I see mate. Looked very similar to the cruise control light on mine, lol. Well you haven't got an auto box so that's a good bet then.

Looks tidy mate, me n jons been putting the injectors in ready on jons astra while we had the charger off n that it made sence. But thats as far as we got. I bet u cant wait to see what difference it makes 🙂

I've done it pump and tank 1st jon keeps asking if I've done the jet install yet lol I can get that far I don't think I got eunff pipe lol

We drilled n tapped the manifold n then put a blank in untill he gets the right nozzle for the jet. There either 2 long or 2 short n hit things when threading them in lol but i think we found the right 1, not sure if hes ordered it or not.

But refitted the charger n that so he can run it for the summer and fit meth after show season i think

there was no wire in the autobox plug for the autobox warning lamp so had to fit the wire to the speedo plug

that will do 🙂 at least i will know the bottles getting low

im running the pipe under the car it has quite a bit of movement when the pumps running and there's a grommet for the fuel pump wires right there lol

relay wires run to the front and all tidy and trim seat refitted

last 2 bits for the meth kit 🙂 more pipe and a straight connector for the jet on the inlet manifold

thur the hole under the back seat

the old pipe supplied had a kink so got messed up pulling it thru had to put a fitting in 90* but the fittings supplied and the ones i used leck great!!!

put the pipe inside some fuel hose to keep it safe from the heat of the exhaust

almost hidden 🙂

up front now also in fuel hose

fair bit of water from the #3 jet lol and theres a #1 to go in also

only issue now is i have the alternator warning lamp but getting 14v on running 🙁 i guess the exciter wire broke
