iv been trying to get to the donor car for the last 2 days but cant get out the estate, its like they wasnt expecting snow so the roads are a mess.

heres the mark in the charger its the same size as the mark in the bore

done some more work to my head to make the ports a better more even shape
used the MIC to confirm they were all the same

just need to get the corners of each port the same then blend in to the port

shapes better 🙂

shined them up with 120 grit in the flap wheel

went over them with a final pass with a scotch pad and wd40
deburred the edges with a pipe reamer

with the flash on

next to do the flange and gasket

1st pet hate ""made in mexico"" the flash has not been dressed

sorted that 🙂 and cleaned the sealant off

also took some of the flash out the oil pump to oil filter groove

the swap 🙂 shells moved over to the new cradle

mmmm nice

and the core plug for the turbo oil return plugged up

on to the block but whats this! sand from the casting process that wont help the shells any lol

BECAUSE ECOTEC!!!!!!

sand gone 🙂

and the sealant from one side cleaned away

they look like inlet manifolds to me but I am on my phone so may be wrong.
