Got email from the seller saying he maxed out his ebay transactions for the month so it has to be a bank transfer or he'll not post the bumper out otherwise. So told him politely no way I'm doing that. So he going to report me to ebay for messing him around, so told him to do it and I'll show them he says bay by paypal. Rather be reported then be scammed.
