AlexYW Is it essential the all the manifold bolts are on? Cuz I want it to be easier for the next time i change it which is tomorrow, cheers!
evocarlos theres only one you can really miss out and thats the top bolt at the egr end if the others are out it will blow
AlexYW Yep I just found out it blows like a bitch! Some of the studs have come out with the nut and they just won't go back in.

evocarlos screw the studs in to the head till they stop and nip them then fit the manifold and fit the nuts and tighten to 12nm
