milo I'm starting to get a blow from around my cat so was on fleebay pricing up possible replacemet http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VAUXHALL-ASTRA-Catalytic-Converter-Exhaust-90839-2-2-ltr-3-2000-2-2001-/390650439820?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item5af494a88c but surely that's way too cheap for a cat?? I paid twice that for a cat for my old veccy 2.2. Tempted to buy it now and replace the cat, but u know when i deal seems to good to be true lol
evocarlos it say in the listing its a non approved one the approved one will be 2x the price It is illegal to fit a non-type approved catalytic converter to a vehicle registered from 1st March 2001. You need a type approved catalytic converter IF your vehicle is registered on or before March 2001.
evocarlos 🙂 but at the end of the day a cat is a cat who's to know mine fell off when i fitted the 2.5" down pipe
