If i do the GT28RS setup I can keep it under GBP2500,- to run 240-250 whp'ish (say 270 bhp) at 0,5 bar/7psi. If I put in pistons and rods, HG, port the head etc. while the stuff is off anyway I'll just up the boost to 1.1 to see +300 whp (340bhp).
Long story short: I think you have a larger playground sort of say with a turbo and power, especilly with upgraded internals. Keep in mind this is my turbo point of view... no experience with SC besides the internet forums.
Funy thing about these discussions is that they are great when actualy informing one another and in the end the conclusion is: As long as YOU like YOUR car haha lol.
