Engine Rebuild - Break In

Hi All,

I have just had my complete Z22SE engine overhauled.

It has had new pistons, rings, bearings etc and a new clutch.

It runs fine, and I have done 800 kms, now I want to change the oil so would like to know:

What oil? (15/40 recommended)
Should I use a flush?
Is it normal to have a small amount of shavings/gunk on the dipstick?

1) 15 40 or 10 40 semi synthetic oil. Avoid Castrol oils.
2 and 3) change the oil and filter now to get rid of any gunk in the system. Shouldn't be anything on the dipstick. Do another oil change in 5k km.
