Coolant temp sensor maybe. Sounds like an over fueling when choke on. I had this issue on my vectra b 2.2. It kicked up no codes when it missed and was stumped on how to fix. I'm possitve they's a thread on here about the CTS <Waits for Matt to link below> :whistle: So I changed the sensor as it was only few quid and bingo problem solved.
