got a gsi msd back box for my vec

just wondering what do these sound like on a 2.2 petrol

its got all the markings by msd only thing is the connection whoever took it off the car monarch peterborough have just cut the box off at the join left the studs in the flange grr

it came of a green estate gsi ending gbk and they replaced the exhaust with a standard one

Not sure if they are going to sound much different on the 2.2 to the V6, as the middle section is what does most of the sound deadening. Would look better though!

As Matt said would look nicer. To get some noise from it tho I'd pair it up with a race tube

fit a straight through centre section, makes it sound nice 🙂

i was curious as a friend of mine has a v6 msd and his sounds nice so wanted the same sort of sound i believe i may buy a centre section shame as ive just brought a standard one from work

V6 will always sound better than a 4 cylinder engine. Send the standard one back and get a race tube fitted :whistle:
