EGR Cheaters

I've recently been made aware of someone selling copies of our EGR Cheaters on the popular German auction site.

Having looked at the listing, the seller doesn't offer any form of support of guarantee on the product.

We offer a full 12 month guarantee on our products. If it fails in the first 12 months, we will simply replace the faulty unit for you.

Please also remember, @[deleted] is the person who designed these, and released the design free on the site. We sell them to help pay for the fees of running the site, and keeping it free for members to use.

You should contact the seller on the german site and notify him, make him stop.

I'm not sure there is actually anything we can do, as it's not patented. They are only shipping to Germany as well.

Seems there are some on the UK auction site as well. All have a slightly different design to the ones we do from @[deleted] s original design.

If its patented, doesn't that mean you can do something?

the one i saw was from poland but there is now some from germany
tbh if its patented by someone else not sure there is anything can be done
but for what it is still better to buy the cheater from z22se for the after care and support

About 4 years too late!

We cannot grant a patent, if your invention is public, you should try to find it elsewhere before applying for a patent.

It had crossed my mind. We are already the top search results in Google

My main problem with eBay is I always pay a small fortune a month in PayPal fees for the shop, and then having eBay taking another cut out of that just pains me
