Matt Fit it along with an EGR Cheater that we sell via our shop. You can then totally remove the EGR valve.

Matt Bolt removal kit like this? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Irwin-Bolt-Grip-Remover-Expansion/dp/B000QW6K8I?tag=vig-211964-21 I replaced my sump plug with a magnetic one that is now a simply 13mm bolt on the end rather than a torx fitment.
evocarlos looks like a stroked x20xev to me 🙂 wiki info Engines started from the 71 PS (52 kW) 1.6 L, Family 1 but eventually the 8-valve engines were all replaced by 16-valve powerplants. The 2.0 L Family II engine, with 136 PS (100 kW) was developed as a basis for touring car racing (later in Australia, 2.2 L 108 kW) can't find any other info no time need to fit stuff to my car lol
evocarlos ashley25 said: So the 2.2 is a beast then? Lol if it looks just like matts pic then its an x20xev but then there is an engine fitted to the vauxhall frontera thats 2.2 thats not chain driven x22se ??
