Yes the heat shield fits back on no problem. As for the cat, I'm not sure what brand as I was quoted for a down pipe and new flexi to. The exhaust place said they bought them in. But if you search 200 cell cat on eBay loads come up. Just make sure you know the diameter. If your keeping the down pipe then its 2".
