pottsey header tank left as it is ,as for the battery you can go down the smaller sports battery route and have it installed in your airbox as mark watts did with his astra s/c or you could relocate into boot as i have just done as the sports battery was really upto it

pottsey Ill send you some links for the plugs and waterpump when I get home and I'll see what thickness the cable is.i just used a empty plug box with a blanking plate
pottsey unsure on cable thickness as car is round mates ,its not that much thicker than standard .links posted in your other thread
z22se-fan I ran the battery cables to the boot also. Thickness cable: 15mm connected straight on to the starter motor
