Damper to Crankshaft Bolt

Hi, I'm doing my chains this weekend with FAI kits,I live in deepest france so parts are a problem,my question is do I need to change the damper to crankshaft bolt (I don't think that it's in the kit) if I do I'll need to get my skates on to find one in time-thanks

i didn't replace mine when i did the chains even tho they say its a stretch bolt
have done over 1000 miles now and its fine 🙂
just remember to mark your aux belt direction i never marked mine and must of put it on the opposite way and it squeaked for 3-4 days after till it bed in again

Oh no problem. Just letting you know it was there.

I bought all my timing chain goodies from here and they guys bend over backwards to help you out.

Thanks for the link,I'm pretty sure that I could get one at Opel but then these z22se's are quite rare in france,they love diesels.

Ordered one from Opel France 23.14€uros !! I hope that it's including tax,50mile round trip to get it aswell !!!
