Hello everybody well after some 30 odd years of driving I've just bought my first vauxhall ! Whats more I bought it in France where I've been living for years,its a 2001 Elegance 2.2 auto with Irmscher kit , RHD and petrol = cheap over here ! Although in good condition she's got 98k miles on her so I'm changing the chains this weekend , thanks to you lot and all the advice you've given I should be OK.

It's funny when 'les gendarmes' stop you in a RHD with french plates they always relax when they realise that theres nobody in the (left) drivers seat and they walk around to the other side!
