Just joined today but I've been freeloading as a guest for a few months :shameful: for tips etc!
Brief history of me - I'm 30, from Belfast NI, love cars, love bikes, love vauxhalls, love motorsport....
Drive a 2006 Vectra SRi 2.2i Direct (Z22YH), had it since April last year and I absolutely love it 🙂 been a Vauxhall fan as far back as I can remember, must be a genetic thing! I doin't change cars very often, the Vectra's only my 5th car (been driving since 17).
First car was a fiesta 🙁 but only because I knew I'd destroy it and didn't want to harm a griffen lol.
Then bought a black 2003 Astra SXi 1.6, bought it new and owned it for 6 years and 135,000 miles, 2nd best car I've ever owned lol.
Traded that in for an Alfa 156 2.4 JTD - always fancied an alfa and 7 months later it was out of my system...and my driveway!!
Due to working in city centre (£20-25/day to park a car), I decided to get a m/bike for a while, got a new job outside city centre and got another black 2003 Astra SXi 1.6! looked the same but was, disappointingly, never just the same as my first so after a year I traded it in against the Veccy, and I've never looked back....
Well that's me in a nutshell, here to learn, help, discuss and general banter 🙂
