I've had numerous problems with Indian call centres. Because of the job I do, we have to deal with them day in day out, and because they can speak "basic" english, and don't actually understand the language, mistakes are quite common. They take circuits down for intrusive testing, which causes outages for customers, when all we want is an alarm check.
We have enough problems with immigrants coming into this country, taking up jobs, without takeing all our jobs and sending them abroad as well. Makes by piss boil.
