poundy some of the wires did come off of the 2nd sensor on the exhaust a while ago and i managed to fix them back in(of a sort) could it be that?

Daz Maybe worth sorting the 2nd sensor and clearing the fault and see if it returns. I cant understand why it wud throw that code as u aint got a sensor 3 as said before so that fault shudnt be present,

poundy cleared it loads of time mate.spoke to john at courtenays today and he says the code didnt exist in gm's listings! so now im a bit confused!

Daz As said before paul, u shudnt be getting that code... as u havnt got a sensor 3 at all... but theres obvioulsy something triggering the code. even tho it shudnt.... i'll see if i can do some digging with the guys we use for mapping in work..
