Anyone got anything good planned tomorrow?

It's my first bank holiday off for a while, so I'm going to try and make the most of it!

Going for a run in the morning, and then having some friends around in the afternoon for a BBQ as the weather is going to be pretty decent.

I'm also out drinking today (rare occasion) but need to take it steady, as I'm running at 9am tomorrow morning :yuck:

Yep, but I'll only have two or three drink tonight (I hardly drink TBH, maybe once every 6 months!)

I need to take that approach, I think I drink one every 6 hours, lol.

remember to hydrate like there is no tomorrow before you go to bed and dont push yourself too hard tomorrow as your body might not want to play ball

Always do mate, not nice being out for a run piss wet through with sweat and dehydrated.

No idea what is would have been then. Was almost 2 years ago now.

13.5KM from last month avg 186bpm with 193bpm max : http://connect.garmin.com/activity/293877340

Got it to a proper 197bpm max (have had higher, but I think those were errors with the recording from the monitor).

my m8 hit 197 and he thought he was going to die

I dont go above 185 now due to my old age, i sit around 150s in gym but i am sure it is higher on my bike

I'll use the HRM tomorrow and see what it comes out with. Not sure how far we are going to be doing yet, as I'm helping my mate try and get to sub 1:50 for the half marathon next Sunday. I can't be arsed pushing for another PB (1:37 was quick enough for me this year), so I'm going to pace him at 1:45 and slow down if he needs it.
