I did use it on my Laptop OK though before removing it again. The Desktop is now running 13.04 and seems OK so far. Been a while since I used Ubuntu properly though.
tunk My netbook was windows 7 so thought id try ubuntu on the last version. Wasnt impressed ran slower. Might try the new version though. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
bigdunk1985 Got it running dual boot with windows 7 Changed quite a lot since I last used it, but so far so good
bigdunk1985 Yeah the dual boot is my laptop too Just need to hide some of the boot options in grub now, when I work put how to do it in this new version
bigdunk1985 just couldn't get along with it, so have now removed from the laptop and gone back to windows 7 took a few mins to remember how to remove grub and restore the windows loader but got it done easy enough with a windows 7 cd
