is the valve faulty? if its stuck open it will probably use more fuel
to blank it off completely and remove the egr valve you will need either an egr cheater so stop the eml light or to have the egr valve shut off in the ecu
matt can get you both items to remove the egr valve and run without (egr cheater,blanking plate) in the z22se shop 🙂
