Z22 Se Oil cooler engine type?

Hi I have bought a second hand engine to replace the engine in my Vectra c 2002 the savage yard said it was from a vectra c they both have Z22SE engine number. but I see that it has the following differences.

New engine has a oil feed take off on the filter block i assume for a oil cooler ? Could this be a vectra c engine or is it from a different model?
Can I blank the feed of ?

New engine does not have a lambra sensor in the exhaust manifold

Can i swoop the manifold with my existing one

I think the Vec C is the only Z22 with a manicat? Could it be from a VX220 with the oil cooler?

Yes i now believe the engine is from a Vx 220.
To fit it into my vectra c it looks like i need to swoop manifolds remove oil cooler sandwich plate and change flywheel is there anything else i need to look out for!!!!!!!

The power steering pump in the Vec c is electric but I believe on the other z22's there powered off the cam but I'm not sure the specific set up in the vx220. While its all out a timing chain swap would be good.

don't forget to remove the vx220 oil restrictor from inside the oil filter housing (otherwise it blocks the oil way), then sell the vx220 oil cooler parts on here or ebay

Hi Vocky have just been to garage carrying out engine swop and looked inside the enging block oil filter housing The oil flow restrictor you refer to is it the horizontal spring to the rear of the filter housing.

yes, just grab it with some pliers and pull it out.

Hi I have the following VX 220 bits left oil cooler sandwich plate and restrictor / injector rail, exhaust manifold and solid flywheel open to offers.
