Sjdickso 200 CPI cats will / may cause EML even with spacers and "fudges" I heard 300 cell should be ok but never run one my self can not say for sure.

Matt I normally recommend ExhaustsUK / Cobrasport, but it looks like they only do 200 cell cats (what @[deleted] has fitted)
Andy_Lucas well I can get a 200 cell CAT just cost a lot more and I just heard they can give EML problems, thanks tho Matt helped me a lot

Sjdickso I have a 200 CPI cat as Matt says from Exhuasts UK i have a spacer as well i still get a EML every now and then but just check the code and clear it.
Andy_Lucas What do you do with a spacer just move the sensor further away? I'm hoping that 300 cell CAT on ebay will keep the EML light off but getting it through an MOT is another prob as it doesn't have a TA stamp

ExhaustsUK have recently improved their sports cats, and they will pass an MOT, even their 200 cell one. Take a quick look at their range for the VXR: http://www.cobrasport.com/exhaust/Vauxhall/Astra+H+VXR/34/0/0 The Nurburgring VXR came with a 200 cell Remus sports cat from factory.
