Signed up few months ago, but have not completed my introduction.
I have 2.2 16V SRI Vectra. I have had Vauxhalls since 1986. Also have Insignia Tourer
I enjoy fixing cars myself and as wife won't let me touch her Insignia and can't play with my company Mondeo, the Vectra is good fun.
So far
cleaned throttle body, using advice on here, could not beleive the difference!
changed front and rear disks and pads
Fitted missing lower front spoiler
Sorted loose exhaust heat shield
Removed faulty/stuck rear door lock
Changed overhead light consul
Sorted non-working passenger windo switch
Stlll have replacement wing to fit, but can't loosen the bumper screws which are inside the wheel arch!
And sourced some missing parts
