Mark_Dj Every morning I am getting a Blue screen on my PC saying "Driver Violation". On the Blue screen it does not say what driver is the problem. The PC re starts and all seems ok again. Will windows log this report on the PC, so I can go and see if a driver needs an update? It's only started doing this from Monday as we did a fresh install of windows 8, not a full re store just rolled back a little bit, as we had a bug on the computer. Thanks for any info
Sjdickso Mark, when you say you rolled back due to a bug do you mean a virus? If its a genuine driver issue then you can check the events, have you run a windows update? Also have you checked device manager to see if any bit of hardware has an issue?
Mark_Dj Probably lol. I was watching the football live on a dodgy site, the next morning my computer kept shutting down on it's own. It would only stay on for 5 mins then shut down. So we rolled it back, I had to re install all my software again. Then we got the driver issue. I have done all the windows updates. The only error we could find was the USB port failure, I tried to update it but the computer said it was up to date.
